Meet Our Chef: Ian Crowther
Ian Crowther, the heart and soul of ๐๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐๐ต๐ฒ๐ฟโ๐ ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐บ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฃ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฆ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐, ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ฑ ๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐ฎ๐ป๐ and ๐ง๐ต๐ฒ ๐ฉ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ ๐๐ฎ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ถ๐๐๐ฟ๐ผ brings over 30 years of culinary expertise to your plate. From his time at the celebrated Inn at Whitewell โ featured in The Good Hotel Guide and The Good Pub Guide โ to cooking for the Queen herself (yes, really!), Ianโs passion for fresh, high-quality food has always been at the forefront.
Heโs proud to source ingredients from local farmers and suppliers, ensuring every dish reflects the best of the region.
Ianโs repertoire spans traditional British favourites, exotic Thai and Indian dishes, and his signature gourmet pies, sausage rolls, and Scotch eggs. Whether you fancy a butter pie, a chicken tikka rogan josh pie, or a pork & black pudding sausage roll, thereโs something to delight every palate!

As a cancer survivor, Ian dedicates much of his time to supporting Rosemere Cancer Foundation โ a cause close to his heart.
