Inn the build up to Christmas we had a flurry of new followers and people signing up to our mail list so we thought we'd introduce our chef to you all.

Heโ€™s proud to source ingredients from local farmers and suppliers, ensuring every dish reflects the best of the region.

Ianโ€™s repertoire spans traditional British favourites, exotic Thai and Indian dishes, and his signature gourmet pies, sausage rolls, and Scotch eggs. Whether you fancy a butter pie, a chicken tikka rogan josh pie, or a pork & black pudding sausage roll, thereโ€™s something to delight every palate!
