Introducing Our Pie of the Month

February marks the start of something new in our kitchen: Pie of the Month.

It’s a simple idea, built around something we already love doing. Each month, we create a brand new pie flavour, made in a limited run, available for a short time before making way for the next. It gives us space to try new flavour combinations, respond to the season, and keep things interesting for the people who regularly eat with us.

Why Pie of the Month?

Pies have always been at the heart of what we do. They’re familiar, comforting, and made for everyday moments around the table. Pie of the Month lets us take that idea a step further.

Each flavour starts the same way: ideas shared in the kitchen, plenty of tasting, and honest opinions. If it doesn’t feel like something we’d happily serve to our own families, it doesn’t make the cut. Once we’re happy, we make a limited batch and that’s it. No repeats that month, no endless runs. It keeps things fresh, seasonal, and rooted in the way we like to cook.

Limited by design

Pie of the Month is intentionally limited.

That means:

  • one new flavour each month

  • produced in small batches

  • available for a short window only

It allows us to focus on quality, not volume, and gives customers a reason to look forward to what’s coming next. Some flavours may never return. Others might come back by popular demand. That’s all part of the fun.

Made for real life

Our pies are individual, which makes them easy to fit into everyday routines. They work just as well for a quiet supper at home as they do for feeding a full table.

Pie of the Month is designed to slot into those shared moments: midweek dinners, weekends when everyone’s home, or evenings when you want something comforting without cooking from scratch.

February’s Pie of the Month

We’re kicking things off in February with Chicken and Tarragon.

It’s a classic combination, gently creamy, full of flavour, and perfect for winter evenings that are starting to hint at spring. Like every Pie of the Month, it’s available for a limited time only.

Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

Looking ahead

Pie of the Month gives us a chance to cook with the seasons, stay creative, and offer something a little different without overcomplicating things.
